Your instructor, Asia Geneisifit, will guide you through simple, effective exercises that focus on proper form, gentle strengthening, and flexibility. The session is crafted to meet you where you are—no pressure, no judgment—just a welcoming community experience.
Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat (a limited number may be available) and bring water and a towel.
