ACC hosted renowned author Mrs. Barbara Howard as she debuted her new book,High Tea & Sweet Cake." This children's book is narrated by Mrs. Howard in her sweet, angelic voice. Participants were served by the Fall Youth Employees from the City of Albany, who provided delicious treats along with their favorite style of tea.
